An original botanical artwork in Indigo Blue and Yellow Ochre inks.  Made with plants from my country garden in Dorset which were carefully arranged onto an inked plate and handprinted onto fine papers.  After combining the resulting images,  I drew two fluttering butterflies with ink to to complete this unique artwork.

The artwork itself measures around 12 x16.25cms and has been mounted onto another sheet of A4 heavyweight paper leaving a crisp white border that sets off the piece perfectly. It is sold unframed, but will fit neatly into any standard A4 frame (the second photo shows how it can look in a contemporary wooden frame).
