Botanical Plaster Casting Workshop - Thursday 18th April
Join me for a morning in my studio to learn how to create beautiful botanical plaster casts!
Workshops are for a maximum of 2 people ensuring individual attention.
The workshop runs from 10am to 1pm at a cost of ￡75.00 per person which includes all the materials required to make up to two botanical plaster casts during the workshop. It will be held in my garden studio in Ansty near Dorchester DT2 7PN. Full address and directions will be sent after booking.
Refreshments will be provided.
During the workshop you will learn how to prepare the clay and frame, how to work with the plant materials and find out how to mix the plaster and fill the clay impression. Whilst the plaster sets we will break for refreshments and I will show you how a piece should be cleaned and finished. You’ll then be able to remove the cast from its mould and be amazed by the delicate details revealed!

Workshops are non-refundable but should you need to cancel, your booking can be transferred to another date or workshop with me. In exceptional circumstances I may have to make an alternative date for a Workshop. If that happens I will give you as much notice as possible, however, if the alternative date is not convenient for you then your booking will be refunded.
I may use photographs taken during the workshop for marketing purposes, if you don’t wish to be featured please let me know.
